Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your rental will not be charged.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time will be charged up to a 1-day (24-hour) rental fee plus tax per vehicle.
Reservations made within 48 hours of the rental are automatically subject to this charge

Hawaiian Style Care gives flat rate fees for accidental cosmetic damage*, scheduled service and pickups, free service loaner, member discounts of ten percent, four free rentals a year for friends or family and free secure scooter storage when going off island.

Try the vehicle out for up to three days and less than 25 miles to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
